Bryan Kest Power YogaA look at "All Things Yoga," discussion with a master teacher
Bring it down to earth.
Yoga is often viewed as mystical, mysterious and complex... but Bryan Kest brings it all down to earth. His real-life take on yoga makes this practice, the mental and the physical, accessible to anyone and everyone.
Join Bryan Kest as he guides us through a discussion on how everything is yoga and how we can bring more awareness into everything we do. This special two-hour dialogue, guided by Bryan, and inspired by you, will open your eyes to a world where all things are yoga. Bryan's raw, honest and sometimes pleasantly obscene delivery will inspire you.
About Bryan
Born in 1964, Bryan Kest has been practicing yoga since 1979, starting when he was 14-years-old. He initially studied in Hawaii with David Williams, the first person to bring Ashtanga yoga to America. He then studied in India with K. Pattabhi Jois, the main proponent of Ashtanga yoga. Kest has been teaching yoga since 1985.
"The new trend towards yoga is not surprising, given that the body is limited and the mind is limitless. The combination of body and mind creates an incredibly broad range of fulfillment, including top physical condition and a calm, peaceful, clear mind." More about Bryan.
