EVOLVE is a 21-day program that focuses on the Seven Universal Truths of Yoga to evaluate, organize, prioritize and experience your life.

This program, spread out over 3 weeks, includes 4 weekly group gatherings, at-home activities, in-studio practices and more. 21 days of unlimited yoga at ZUDA is included in the program.

The only way out is through and the only one who can do this work is you.

Program includes:

• 4 community gatherings and yoga practices.*
• Readings and home study assignments to encourage personal growth and empowerment.
• 6 days a week of yoga at ZUDA Yoga.

*You must attend all 4 meetings.
