Why I chose yoga… Yoga expands my ability to see within... to see between the cracks of life.

What inspires me most is... Jessica, my wife. She has smoothed out my edges and brings out great wisdom from within me.

My favorite food is… anything with peanut butter

For fun I … Love to complete triathlons or any endurance event. Any water activities such as surfing and wake boarding are such a spiritual blast for me. Also, i love to dance with my eyes closed.

When I need a little escape close to home I go to…the American river alone and out of reach.

I’m most scared of… growing incapable.
