How fabulous would it be to go on a yoga retreat?  You’d get to indulge in yoga—two practices that compliment each other each day; finally make time to meditate and then to capture those thoughts, feelings and anything else that comes up through journaling.  It’s “you time” where you nourish, refresh and breakthrough.  If only…


While you may not have a week to whisk off to Hawaii or Greece for retreat, you can absolutely dedicate one day to yourself.


We created this “bootcamp” to give you the full retreat experience…a day in the life of a retreat… in a format that fits your time constraints.


Join Corri & Matt, veteran yoga retreat leaders, for an insightful and fun event.  And if you desire, we can even provide the spray on tan.
 
Midtown Bootcamp Schedule:

8:30- Welcome
9:00- Meditation & Zuda Yoga Practice
12:00- Lunch
1:00- Intuitive Discovery
3:30- Zuda Yoga Practice
5:00- Closing


Come Prepared

  • Arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins.
  • Wear exercise clothing that allows for comfortable movement. 
  • Avoid eating at least 1 hour before
  • Bring water, towel and yoga mat.  (Mat & towel rentals are available at the studio.) 
  • You may bring a packed lunch and eat at the studio. Please bring water, electrolyte replacement, towel, journal and dry yoga clothes.
