A creative fusion of fun and pure athletism. Find your
edge, flow
to modern music, and move deeper within yourself. Let

you explore in-depth sun salutations, arm balances,

deep backbends, and hip openers.

YOGI ~ ALL LEVELS |
Enhance your day the sacred way with guided meditation
and the
ZUDA Vinyasa Yoga Series. The class allows the student
to “Follow
the Yogi” or move in whatever way feels right.
This format is
designed to give the student freedom to explore the
asanas and
develop wisdom and awareness within thier own practice.
(Open
to students who are familiar with Sun Salutation A
and B.)

For those who are looking to experience a physically
slower paced
Vinyasa class. With a balanced focus on cultivating
strength and
flexibilty, we will move seamlesly from one posture
to the next,
