“Power Vinyasa Yoga is an ultimate experience for people who are ready to tap both their physical and spiritual power. The practice is a combination of different traditions of yoga that combine for a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. It will tone your body and electrify your mind. It is a flow that has many different levels which allow for beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. POWER VINYASA ~ YOGA BASICS ~ LEVEL 1
Build a strong foundation for your yoga practice as a new or seasoned student. Using movement, breath, and short meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness, classes are taught with emphasis on core alignment and poses.
POWER VINYASA ~ ALL LEVELS
This dynamic practice combines equal parts “sweat and spirit.” These flowing classes integrate breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, strength and flexibility ~ purifying the body while calming and rejuvenating the mind. A unique experience for people who are ready to connect to their inner power.
ZUDA VINYASA ~ LEVELS 2-3
For students already familiar with Sun salutions A & B.

A creative fusion of fun and pure athletism. Find your edge, flow to modern music, and move deeper within yourself. Let go while you explore in-depth sun salutations, arm balances, inversions, deep backbends, and hip openers.

INNER YOGI ~ ALL LEVELS
Enhance your day the sacred way with guided meditation and the ZUDA Vinyasa Yoga Series. The class allows the student to “Follow the Yogi” or move in whatever way feels right. This format is designed to give the student freedom to explore the asanas and develop wisdom and awareness within thier own practice. (Open to students who are familiar with Sun Salutation A and B.)
SLOW FLOW ~ ALL LEVELS
For those who are looking to experience a physically slower paced Vinyasa class. With a balanced focus on cultivating strength and flexibilty, we will move seamlesly from one posture to the next, holding each pose long enough to discover and explore our alignment and breath.
