Yoga is a way of life. It is movement, stillness breath and connection. Yoga creates freedom and expansion allowing authenticity to shine. As a positive existentialist, I believe everything in our life comes from us not at us. We are the creators and destructors of our own reality. Thoughts lead to actions, action lead to habits. These patterns are either working for us or against us. Underneath the ego and everything on the surface lies love. The ability to love and be loved for who we are is what matters most. Yoga help with this awareness and reflection in a tangible way, physically and emotionally. As a teacher and student my goal is to connect, challenge, motivate and grow.
