What does it take to teach?
The courage to let go and try new things. A solid teacher training program will expose you to many different types of experiences. It is your willingness to be vulnerable and learn, with the intention of sharing yoga with others, that better predicts what kind of a teacher you’ll be. You don’t have to want to become a yoga teacher to find transformation in this experience. The process of learning to teach provides a platform of self-discovery by weaving ancient teachings (body, mind, spirit) into your personal experience learning and growth.
