About Zuda Yoga

Our Story & Mission

Zuda Yoga was founded with a simple mission: to create a community where people can connect, grow, and discover their inner power through yoga. Our name ‘Zuda’ symbolizes the zest for life and unity that we cultivate on and off the mat. We offer power vinyasa yoga that is both challenging and fun, helping you get “within” to that place of self-discovery and empowerment. We believe in being bold and playful in practice, while always honoring who you truly are.

Over the years, Zuda has grown into a family of yogis. We started in Roseville and later expanded to Rocklin and Auburn, always holding true to our founding principle of building a welcoming community. Whether you’re here to sweat, to find calm, or to seek connection, you’ll find a home at Zuda Yoga.

Why Zuda is Unique

  • All Levels Welcome

Whether the classes are labeled - Level One or All Levels, everyone practices together.  Whether you a beginner or advanced you will be challenged and successful.  Our skilled teachers offer modifications and challenges so you can honor your body’s needs each day.

  • Heated, Not Intimidating

Our studios are warmed to 85–95°F for a detoxifying sweat. It might feel intense at first, but students often come to love the heat for how it loosens muscles and builds focus. (And yes, we also have a few non-heated classes like Yin Yoga for balance.)

  • Community Vibe

Zuda isn’t just a place to work out – it’s a place to connect. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces and positive energy. We celebrate each other’s journeys and truly embrace ALL bodies and abilities.

  • Experienced, Caring Teachers

All of our teachers are extensively trained in-house and certified through Yoga Alliance programs. They bring years of experience, but more importantly, they care about meeting you where you are in your practice. Meet our team below!
