Join kinesiologists Heidi Hemler MS 500 E-RYT and Tiffanie Schenone BS 500 RYT for a two hour experience focused on functional strength, mobility, and recovery through yoga and SMR, self myofascial release. Areas of focus: shoulders, hips, low back, calves, and feet.
The workshop opens with a 60 minute yoga practice that explores dynamic movement through all three planes of motion to build mobility, stability, and functional strength. The second half focuses on self massage techniques (SMR) to reduce muscle tension, improve tissue quality, and support recovery. You will receive educational materials to help you bring these tools into your warm-up, recovery, or mobility routine. All are welcome. Come as you are.
