Puppy Yoga with Jess and Drew

Experience the joy of yoga with a twist that will melt your heart. Jess and Drew will lead you through a gentle, accessible flow while rescue puppies from the SPCA explore the room, ready for cuddles and play. These adorable dogs are all hoping to find their forever families, and you'll learn about the life-changing work of fostering.

This workshop welcomes all levels and focuses on connection, community, and compassion. The room will not be heated to keep our four-legged friends comfortable. Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little furry and bring your biggest smile.

What to bring: Water bottle, open heart, maybe some puppy treats

Cost: $45 members, $50 non-members
