Join me for a heart-centered women’s circle devoted to self-love, nourishment, and heart expansion.

This gathering is an invitation to soften, receive, and come home to yourself. Together, we’ll create space to gently peel back the layers, reconnect with your body and inner wisdom, and open the heart to more presence, compassion, and self-trust. Through reflection, shared experience, and intentional connection, we remember who we are and return to her.

This ceremony is held with the intention of expanding the heart space so you can feel more connected to yourself, your truth, and the love that already lives within you.

Each gathering unfolds intuitively and is guided by the energy of the group. The experience may include:

guided meditation and inner journeying
energetic clearing and heart recalibration
sound healing to support integration and embodiment
shared space and connection with like-minded women
