Flow in the Dark is our black light Halloween class. We turn the lights down and the black lights on, gently warm the room, not the full heat of a regular class, and move through a vinyasa flow together in the glow. It's the same practice you love with a little extra magic, playful, energizing, and a fun way to celebrate the season.

We'll have glow paint and glow sticks on hand to light you up under the black lights. Costumes are welcome but never required. Wear something you can move in, and a little neon or white if you want to glow even more. Come as you are and enjoy the good energy.
