Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop provides the perfect introduction to yoga practice in a welcoming and supportive environment. Jess and Drew will break down foundational poses, explore proper alignment, and teach you how to connect movement with breath.
You'll gain a better understanding of what yoga really is, how it benefits both body and mind, and how to move safely and confidently on the mat. This workshop is designed for complete beginners or anyone who wants to slow down and revisit the basics. You'll take time learning key poses, building body awareness, and creating a foundation that will help you feel comfortable in any yoga class.
Expect a relaxed, educational, and supportive experience where questions are encouraged and everyone moves at their own pace. Come as you are – no prior yoga experience needed.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes you can move in, water bottle, and an open mind.
