Zuda Yoga Rocklin is proud to take part in Sacramento's annual Free Day of Yoga, held in honor of Labor Day. Two free classes, open to everyone, whether it's your first class ever or your five hundredth:

9:00 AM with Lynnea 12:00 PM with Amber

Registration is required and space is limited to mat space, so save your spot. Bring a mat, towel, and water. Please note that all other regularly scheduled classes are canceled this day.

All levels, beginners warmly welcome.
