Seventy-five minutes. Seven doorways. One Power Flow that moves through all of them.

This is a dynamic Power Flow class built around the energy of the Seven Doorways, the structure that shapes every Power Vinyasa class at Zuda. It is designed as the complement to Journey Through the Doorways, the workshop Heidi Hemler and Kelly Booth are teaching later the same afternoon.

Move through the Doorways in the morning. Spend the afternoon understanding where they came from and why the practice is built this way.

Take one or take both. Taken together, they land differently.

Experience level: All levels welcome. This is a Power Vinyasa class, so come ready to sweat.

What to bring: A mat, water, and a towel. All three are available to rent or purchase at the studio.
